Building a stronger data foundation for portfolio decisions
ArborKnot manages debt portfolios across international markets. To support portfolio valuation and collection planning, the company partnered with Jutomate to strengthen its data and analytics capabilities. The collaboration connected data from across the business and supported the development of tools for analysis, reporting, and portfolio decisions.
The challenge
Portfolio valuation and collection planning draw on financial, customer, and operational data from different sources. ArborKnot wanted a clearer, more consistent way to bring that information together and use it across its teams.
What we did
The engagement combined ArborKnot’s knowledge of its portfolios and business priorities with Jutomate’s data and analytics expertise. We worked closely with its team to understand the data and workflows, then developed a data strategy and implementation plan.
During the engagement, we built data integration and processing workflows on Google Cloud using BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Airflow, and Python and also worked on reporting in Tableau.
The result
The project gave ArborKnot a more structured foundation for bringing together and analyzing its data. The reporting and modeling capabilities developed during our work supported clearer visibility into debt portfolios and more informed valuation and collection planning.
