Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 22, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Jutomate collects through this website, jutomate.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. It covers this website only. Work we do for clients is covered by our agreements with them.
1. Who we are
The website is operated by Jutomate Ltd., company number 516075538, 13 Hashomer St., Ramat Gan, Israel (“Jutomate”, “we”, “us”). For any question about this policy or your personal information, email office@jutomate.com.
2. What we collect
When you contact us
The contact form at the bottom of every page asks for your name, work email and message, and for your agreement that we may store and process your details to respond. We also note which language version of the site you used. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in the email. We don’t ask for sensitive information, such as health or financial details, so please don’t include it in your message or email.
When you browse, if you accept analytics
With your consent, Amplitude collects how you use the site: pages viewed, visit sessions, how you reached the site (the referring site and any campaign tags in the link), clicks, and when a form is started or submitted. It also records your browser, device type and approximate location (country and city), worked out from your IP address. Without your consent, none of this is collected.
Technical data
Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Videos
If you accept marketing cookies and play a video embedded from YouTube, Google receives information about your visit, under Google’s own privacy policy.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your message and follow up on your enquiry.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it, only if you accept analytics.
- To keep the site secure and filter spam.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We don’t add you to marketing emails unless you ask us to. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for automated decisions that affect you.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that work on our behalf and only for the purposes above:
- Automattic (WordPress.com), which hosts the site, and its Akismet service, which checks form messages for spam.
- HubSpot, our customer-relationship system, where contact-form messages are stored.
- Amplitude, our analytics provider, if you accept analytics.
- Google (YouTube), if you accept marketing cookies and play a video.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, for example in response to a court order, or to protect our rights. If Jutomate’s business is sold or merged, information may pass to the new owner, who must keep to this policy.
5. Where your information is stored
These providers store data in the United States and may process it in other countries. When personal information leaves Israel, or the EU or UK, we rely on the safeguards the law requires, such as the providers’ standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
Contact-form messages and the related contact record are kept for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, and then deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is kept for 12 months. Cookies are kept for the periods listed in section 9.
7. How we protect it
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to personal information is limited to the people at Jutomate who need it, and our providers apply their own security measures. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
8. Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted if it is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date. You can also ask us to stop using your details for direct marketing. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the rights given by the GDPR, including to restrict or object to processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time.
To make a request, email office@jutomate.com. We’ll reply within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity. You can also complain to Israel’s Privacy Protection Authority or, in the EU or UK, to your local data protection authority.
10. Children
The site is meant for businesses and isn’t aimed at children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. Links to other sites
The site links to, and embeds content from, other websites, such as YouTube, LinkedIn and Meetup. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit or use them.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
